The É«ÖÐÉ«¹ÙÍø College of Osteopathic Medicine (É«ÖÐÉ«¹ÙÍø COM) welcomes its next class of future physicians to the brand-new Harold and Bibby Alfond Center for Health Sciences in Portland. This milestone marks the first É«ÖÐÉ«¹ÙÍø COM cohort to transition their medical education on Maine’s comprehensive, integrated health sciences campus, the Portland Campus for the Health Sciences, a first-of-its-kind setting in New England that brings together medical, dental, physician assistant, pharmacy, nursing, and allied health students in a collaborative environment.
 

During the College of Osteopathic Medicine’s 28th annual White Coat Ceremony, the college will welcome the Class of 2029 into the medical profession. As a time-honored tradition, this milestone in osteopathic medicine marks the beginning of É«ÖÐÉ«¹ÙÍø students' journey, symbolizing their commitment to patient care, professionalism, and the principles of osteopathic practice. É«ÖÐÉ«¹ÙÍø COM students don their white coats and take their first steps toward a career of healing and service.
