Elizabeth De Wolfe presents at Kentucky Historical Society and receives Research Fellowship

Elizabeth De Wolfe, Ph.D., professor and chair of the Department of History & Philosophy, presented a research talk to the staff of the Kentucky Historical Society in Frankfort, Kentucky, on June 20, 2012. The Historical Society awarded De Wolfe a 2012 Research Fellowship in support of her ongoing project on an 1894 political scandal involving a Kentucky congressman and his long-time mistress.

As part of the award, Research Fellows present a talk discussing their research methodology in order to help staff members learn more about the nature of historical research and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas about potential research sources.
