‘Bangor Daily News’ features article on Art Gallery’s ‘Coyote Connections’ exhibition

On October 9, 2014, the Bangor Daily News featured an article on “Coyote Connections,” a current exhibition at ɫɫ’s Portland Art Gallery.

Co-curated by Anne Zill, director of the Art Gallery, and Geri Vistein, a biologist, the show displays works by more than 30 Maine artists in various mediums, depicting coyotes to “demystify the animals and also bridge art and science.”

“These are the goals,” said Zill, “to make art relevant to scientific explanations.”

The exhibition will run through mid-January.
