Brian Duff quoted in MPBN story

Brian Duff, Ph.D., É«ÖÐÉ«¹ÙÍø associate professor of political science, was quoted in a Maine Things Considered report that aired on MPBN last week.

The report focused on a U.S. Senate vote on a constitutional amendment to overturn the 2010 Citizens United Supreme Court decision, the ramifications of the vote on the Maine senate race, and Maine Senator Susan Collins’ anticipated vote.

In the piece, Duff is quoted explaining, "In today's congressional environment, every vote's a show vote." Duff goes on to speak about the relationship between Congress and free speech.
