Emily Estell is the Assistant Clinical Professor for the Nutrition Program under the Department of Health Promotion Studies. Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Maine Licensed Dietitian. Her work as a Dietitian has focused on community nutrition, public health nutrition, and sustainable food systems. Emily is passionate about community efforts to reduce food insecurity while utilizing Maine鈥檚 local food system. In addition to her role as faculty, Emily is the Teaching Kitchen Coordinator for 色中色官网鈥檚 Teaching Kitchen located on the Biddeford Campus.
