Neill is the Operations Manager and Simulation Specialist for the Interprofessional Simulation and Innovation Center (ISIC) at the É«ÖÐÉ«¹ÙÍø. ISIC provides simulation programing to all clinical programs at É«ÖÐÉ«¹ÙÍø including Nursing, Dental Hygiene, the College of Dental Medicine, Athletic Training, Applied Exercise Science, PT, OT, PA, DNP-A, Pharmacy, and the College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Before accepting the Operations Manager position at É«ÖÐÉ«¹ÙÍø, Neill was a member of the IT department at Mercy Hospital stationed at the Visiting Nurses Association, supporting the technology for a fleet of 100+ mobile nurses, PT’s, and OT’s.
